BOARD OF SELECTMEN – Regular Mtg. Minutes  

4:05 PM  Edith called BOS meeting to order. Present were Jon F., Stan M. and the Fieldstone Farm Working Group members Ron Thompson for ConsComm; Tom Sullivan for the Princeton Land Trust; Deb Cary and Charlie Wyman from Audubon.
        Stan moved and Jon seconded to go into executive session: in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, §21: Exemption Six - To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.  Edith M. called for a vote and in roll call Edith voted “Aye,” Jon Voted “Aye” and Stan voted “Aye.”  Edith then announced that the Board would enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing negotiations with respect to Fieldstone Farm, and return to regular session afterwards.

6:27 PM  Selectmen returned to regular session. Stan reported that the final batch of pole requests to Verizon have been released. Selectmen voted all in favor to accept the resignation from Ben Sund effective Nov. 27. Job will be advertised internally for 5 days. Selectmen also voted all in favor to accept the draft job description pending minor changes by the T.A., and post it accordingly.

6:37 PM  Board voted all in favor to adjourn.
